The 2026–2027 Edustaff Employee Referral Program applies to eligible referrals submitted beginning August 1, 2026, for the 2026–2027 school year.

Referring Employee Eligibility

The referral program is available to active Edustaff employees. The referring employee must be actively working for Edustaff and in good standing at the time the referral is submitted and when the referral reward is issued.

Referred Candidate Eligibility

The referral program is intended to recruit new Edustaff employees for the 2026–2027 school year.

To qualify, the referred candidate must:

• Apply to work with Edustaff for the 2026–2027 school year.
• Be approved to work for the 2026–2027 school year.
• Complete at least 40 hours of eligible Edustaff assignments within 90 calendar days of the date on their approval notice.

Referrals cannot be submitted for:

• Individuals who were previously employed by Edustaff outside of the 2026–2027 school year.
• Individuals who were approved or employed in a prior school year before the referral was submitted.

Referral Registration Requirements

Edustaff's referral program is administered through Referral Rock, a third-party software platform.

The referring employee must create a Referral Rock account using the same email address associated with their Edustaff employment account. The email addresses must match for the referral account to link correctly to the employee's Edustaff record.

A referral is not eligible if:

• The referred candidate does not use the referring employee's unique referral link.
• The referring employee registers with an email address that does not match their Edustaff employment account.
• The referral cannot be verified or linked between Referral Rock and Edustaff's systems.
• The referred candidate had already applied to or been approved by Edustaff for a previous school year. 

Referral Reward

Once all program requirements have been verified, the eligible referring employee will receive a $100 gift card.

The referred candidate does not receive a referral reward unless otherwise stated in a separate Edustaff promotion.
